Or responsibilities.
Or deadlines.
Sometimes...
It comes from things left unsaid.
The conversation you keep replaying.
The apology you never gave.
The thank you you never expressed.
The message you meant to send.
The boundary you never communicated.
And without realizing it...
Your mind keeps carrying them.
Pause for a moment.
Sit comfortably.
Take a slow breath in through your nose...
Hold it gently...
And release it softly through your mouth.
Again.
What remains unspoken often remains emotionally unfinished.

Not every chapter gets a perfect ending.
Not every conversation gets a perfect response.
Not every relationship gets complete closure.
Sometimes peace comes from deciding that your heart deserves freedom more than it deserves answers.

• Release it
