• 5 objects around you
• Their shape
• Their color
• Their texture

This pulls your mind out of overthinking and back into the present moment.

At least 30 minutes before sleep:

Reduce stimulation.

• Lower brightness
• Avoid stressful content
• Play calm music or sit quietly

Your mind cannot relax instantly after nonstop stimulation.

Give it a softer landing.
