The Calm–Clear–Commit Sunday Method

A simple way to stay on track and still enjoy your day.

Step 1: Calm

Sit somewhere comfortable. No phone.

Ask yourself:

  • What drained me last week?

  • What gave me energy?

Just notice. No fixing. This awareness prevents burnout before it begins.

Step 2: Clear

Write down:

  • One worry you’ve been carrying

  • One task you’ve been avoiding

Now simplify:

“What is the smallest first step I can take this week?”

Clarity turns effort into ease.

Step 3: Commit

Choose one priority for the week.

Not ten. Just one.

Say it aloud:

“This week, I commit to ___ with consistency, not perfection.”

Sunday preparation isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what matters.

Enjoy today, fully

Eat slowly
Laugh freely
Spend time with people who ground you

Joy today strengthens discipline tomorrow.
