Micro-EFT Restore & Revive: Saturday

Take this moment to gently refill your cup and step into your Saturday with fresh, balanced energy. Your Micro-EFT Ritual now evolves into Restore & Revive a few mindful taps to clear what’s heavy and call in what’s light.

❤️ Heart-center pause (30 sec): Place your hand over your heart. Inhale deeply for four counts, exhale for six. Feel your shoulders drop as you set your intention: “I restore my calm and revive my energy.”

🤲 Karate-chop prep (30 sec): Tap the outer edge of your opposite palm 5 times, quietly repeating your intention. Let each tap remind you that ease is always within reach.

 Tapping sequence (2 min): Tap each point 5–7 times, saying your chosen revival word aloud to anchor it:
