What could change if you stop doing everything alone?
20 Notes to Self you should read daily until they truly sink in (Link at the end)

Read time: 5 minutes
🌞Hey’all - Good morning!
Some things become lighter when they are shared.
A difficult decision.
A family responsibility.
A personal goal.
A worry you've been carrying quietly.
We often think asking for help means we're not strong enough.
But sometimes...
Letting someone in is an act of strength.
Today, try something different.
Spiritual Reminder
Strength isn't always carrying everything yourself.
Sometimes strength is knowing:
Who to trust.
When to ask.
And how to let someone stand beside you.
Today’s Ritual
The "Borrowed strength" Technique
Think of one thing you're trying to handle alone.
Now choose someone you trust.
Don't ask them to solve it.
Simply say:
"I don't need you to fix this. I just want to talk about it."
You may discover that what felt enormous becomes easier when spoken aloud.
3 Connection Techniques
● The Two-person Brain
For one problem, get another perspective.
Tell the person:
"Give me one thing I'm not seeing."
Not ten solutions.
Just one.
Sometimes a fresh perspective is enough to unlock a stuck situation.
● The Strength swap
With a friend or partner, complete these sentences:
"One thing you're really good at is..."
"One thing I admire about you is..."
"One thing I think you underestimate about yourself is..."
You may give someone a piece of confidence they didn't know they needed.
● The 15-minute Together Rule
Choose something you've been finding difficult.
Don't ask someone to do it for you.
Simply ask them to stay with you while you do it.
Clean a room.
Organize something.
Take a walk.
Work on a project.
Make a plan.
Human presence can make ordinary effort feel much easier.
Affirmation for the Day
"I don't have to carry everything alone.
I allow trusted people into my journey, and I give others permission to lean on me too."
Today's Little Challenge
Choose one person you trust.
Send them this:
"I'm glad you're in my life."
No explanation.
No big conversation required.
Just appreciation.
And if you know someone who has been carrying too much alone, share this with them.
Sometimes the strongest step forward isn't carrying the weight better.
It's finally allowing someone to carry a small part of it with you.
