What could happen if you played a game of appreciation today? ❤️
Manifestation made simple: Water, words & daily rituals (Link at the end)

Read time: 5 minutes
🌞Hey’all - Good morning!
Sometimes we know we love someone but we don't always tell them.
We get used to their presence.
The cup of tea they make.
The way they check if you've eaten.
The silly jokes.
The small favors.
The familiar smile.
The things they do so often that we stop noticing them.
Today, let's turn appreciation into a little game.
No long speeches.
No complicated rules.
Just a few minutes with people who matter.
Spiritual Reminder
Gratitude changes what we notice.
When we consciously look for goodness, we begin seeing goodness that was already there.
The people around us may not have changed.
Our attention has.
Today’s Ritual
🎲 The "I notice you" Game
Play this with your spouse, family, or friends.
Sit together.
Put the phones away.
Choose one person to start.
They pick another person and complete:
"One thing I notice about you is..."
It could be something very small.
"You always remember everyone's favorite food."
"You make people comfortable when they feel shy."
"You never forget to check on me."
"You make boring situations funny."
Then the next person chooses someone.
Keep going until everyone has received appreciation.
Add 3 Fun Rounds
❤️ Round 1 - "You Always..."
Complete:
"You always make me smile when..."
This often brings out funny memories.
🌱 Round 2 - "I Admire..."
Complete:
"One quality I admire in you is..."
It could be patience, courage, kindness, humor, creativity, loyalty, or anything genuine.
😂 Round 3 - "Our funniest Memory"
Everyone shares one funny or memorable moment involving the group.
No debating whose version is correct.
The funniest version wins.
🌟 The Surprise Rule
Here's what makes the game special:
You cannot repeat an appreciation someone else has already given.
If someone says:
"I love how caring you are."
You can't use "caring."
You have to notice something different.
This makes people look more carefully at each other.
And that is the real game.
Learning to notice.

Tonight's little Challenge
Get together with your spouse, family, or friends.
Play I Notice You for just 10 minutes.
No phones.
No teasing someone's answer.
No forced compliments.
Just genuine appreciation.
And before everyone leaves, each person says one final sentence:
"I'm grateful we had this time together."
That's it.
No expensive dinner.
No special occasion.
No elaborate plan.
Just people sitting together, noticing the good that is already there.
Tonight's game will create a memory they'll talk about long after the game is over.
