Vision & Vitality Reset: Tuesday

Welcome to Day 6 of your digital reset designed to soothe tired eyes, reawaken mental clarity, and carry your weekend spark into the heart of your week.

Affirmation tune-up (20 sec):
Place your hand gently over your heart. Inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6, and softly whisper:
“I greet each task with clear vision and vibrant energy.”

👁 20-Foot gaze + Neck stretch (30 sec):
Pick a point far away and hold your gaze. As you do, gently lower your right ear toward your right shoulder, then switch sides melting screen-induced tension.

🔥 Palm heat & press (20 sec):
Rub your palms quickly until warm. Close your eyes and cup them with your palms - inhale freshness, exhale the burn.

🔄 Shoulder roll reset (20 sec):
While palms rest over eyes, roll shoulders up, back, and down releasing tension held in your upper body.

🌬 Clarity breath finale (10 sec):
Lower your hands. Take a deep breath in and exhale with a soft “ahh.” Feel sharpness return to your focus.
