Step 1: Decide your “One Win”
Ask yourself:
“If only one thing moves forward today, what should it be?”
Write it down.
One task. One direction.
This protects your energy and sharpens focus.
Step 2: The 25-minute honest work rule
Set a timer for 25 minutes.
No multitasking
No perfection
Just honest effort
When the timer ends:
✔ Stop
✔ Stretch
✔ Decide if you want one more round
Momentum grows when work feels manageable.
Step 3: Close the loop
Before ending work, finish with:
Writing the next tiny step for tomorrow
Clearing your workspace
Taking three slow breaths
This tells your mind: “We’re in control.”
