Before the day gets away from you, give yourself a quick, clear starting line. Grab a sticky note and divide it into four tiny “tiles.” Each one is a simple cue to move forward not in a rush, but with purpose.
Tile 1 - One win: Write down a micro-win from last week. It could be as small as “I rested well” or “I finished that tricky email.” Wins remind you that progress already exists.
Tile 2 - One priority: Circle the single task that, if completed by noon, would truly move the needle.
