Ritual of the Week

Micro-EFT Focus & Flow: Tuesday
(EFT = Emotional Freedom Techniques)

Today’s ritual doesn’t require new steps just a refreshed intention to bring ease, clarity, and focused momentum into your Tuesday. Let’s move into your day with grace using this gentle Micro-EFT Focus & Flow practice.

❤️ Heart-center pause (30 sec): Place one hand over your heart. Inhale slowly for 4 counts, exhale for 6. Set today’s intention: “My mind flows with calm focus.”

🤲 Karate-chop prep (30 sec): With your free hand, tap the outer edge of your opposite palm 5 times while softly repeating the intention. Let it settle into your nervous system.

 Tapping sequence (2 min): Tap each point 5-7 times, voicing one focus word at each spot to help your energy align:

 🔄 Eyebrow (EB): “Focus”

 🌟 Side of Eye (SE): “Flow”

 💧 Under Eye (UE): “Clarity”

 💨 Under Nose (UN): “Ease”

♻️ Chin (CH): “Center”

 🔋 Collarbone (CB): “Balance”

🧘🏻‍♀️ Under Arm (UA): “Energy”

⚡ Crown (CR): “Momentum”

🌀 Reset breath (30 sec): Cup your hands over your belly. Inhale for 4, exhale for 6. Feel your tension soften and your focus return.

😊🔒🌈 Smile & seal (15 sec): Offer a gentle smile and whisper once more: “My mind flows with calm focus.”

5 Morning Flow Sparks

Keep your Tuesday flowing with ease using these Morning Flow Sparks each a simple, under-a-minute micro-practice to anchor your focus and refresh your energy.

✍️Pen-spiral flow (45 sec): Grab a pen and let your hand draw endless spirals on a sticky note - no goals, no pressure, just motion.

📓Single-line journal (1 min): Write one honest sentence: “Today I feel ________.” Let that truth ground your morning.

🦶One-foot balance (30 sec): Stand on one foot, eyes open or closed. Then switch. Let your body’s balance guide your mental stillness.

👏Clarity clap (15 sec): Clap your hands once firmly. Then say “Clear!” out loud. It’s a playful, powerful mental reset.

🥤Hydration pause (30 sec): Sip water slowly. As you do, silently say: “I flow with calm focus.” Feel it settle within you.
