5 Micro-Intention Sparks
Start your Monday with simple acts that weave clarity and purpose into your day, each one takes under a minute, yet stays with you all day long.

1️⃣ Mirror sticky moment (30 sec):
Write your one-word intention - “Focus,” “Courage,” or anything that fits on a sticky note. Place it on your mirror so each glance anchors you in your chosen direction.

2️⃣ Coffee cup mantra (45 sec):
As you hold your morning coffee or tea, pause and whisper your word three times: “I am clear. I am capable. I am present.” Let that warmth remind you to stay grounded.

3️⃣ Sock-step intention (15 sec):
Before slipping into your socks or shoes, pause and say your word silently feel it settle in with every step you’ll take today.

4️⃣ Lock-screen lens (1 min):
Snap a photo of your sticky note or type your word into your phone’s lock screen. Each time you unlock, it’s a tiny nudge back to what matters.

5️⃣ Planner pledge (1 min):

Let this be your gentle cue to brew your calming herbal tea: chamomile, mint, or tulsi and hold its warmth as your day softens. There’s nothing new to add tonight just continue the simple ritual you’ve nurtured this week.

Pick any spark you loved this morning, maybe the sticky note on your mirror or the planner pledge and notice how it guided your Monday moments.
