▪️ This ritual invites you to sip slowly while gently scanning your body from head to toe.
▪️ Notice any tension, warmth, or softness, no fixing, just awareness.
▪️ Each sip anchors you further into the moment, easing out leftover digital stress.
Tonight, gift yourself these few minutes of undisturbed presence. Sometimes the smallest pauses help us release the biggest worries.

Digital Sunset Tea Body Scan: Saturday
Tonight, deepen your screen-free wind-down with this mindful Tea Body Scan. Here’s how to invite calm, sip by sip:
✅ Power-down pause (30 sec):
▪️ About an hour before bed, switch your phone to “Do Not Disturb” or power it off.
▪️ Place it out of reach; this moment is for you, not notifications.
✅ Tea & stillness (2 min):
▪️ Brew your favorite calming herbal tea -tulsi, mint, or lavender.
▪️ Wrap your hands around the warm cup, close your eyes, breathe in the gentle steam, and whisper:
“With this warmth, I welcome stillness.”
✅ Body-scan sips (3 min):
▪️ Take a slow sip. Feel its warmth spread inside.
▪️ Bring your focus to your feet, notice any tension.
▪️ Sip again, moving awareness up to your calves, knees, and thighs.
▪️ Keep sipping slowly, scanning your torso**, shoulders, neck.
▪️ End at your scalp, soften your whole body as you finish your tea.
✅ Final reflection (1 min):
▪️ Place your empty cup down mindfully.
▪️ Sit still, close your eyes, inhale and exhale three calm breaths.
▪️ Whisper softly: “Rest.”

**The word "torso" refers to the central part of your body basically your chest, stomach, and back, excluding your head, arms, and legs.

5 Micro-Tea Body-Scan Sparks
Tonight, treat yourself to these gentle micro-moments, tiny tea pauses that help your body unwind, bit by bit:
✅Ankle awareness (30 sec):
Take a mindful sip of your tea. Wiggle your ankles gently. Imagine that warmth flowing up through your legs, loosening any tightness.
✅Spine sip (45 sec):
Sip again. While seated, slowly arch your back in a gentle “heart-opening” stretch. Breathe deeply, feeling space open across your chest.
✅Shoulder pour (1 min):
As you sip, roll your shoulders up toward your ears, then drop them down and back. Feel stress pour off your shoulders, replaced by ease.
✅Cheek warmth (30 sec):
Take another sip, tilt your head slowly side to side. Notice how warmth spreads across your jaw and cheeks melting any tension you’ve carried today.
