Ritual of the Week

Micro-EFT Focus & Flow: Wednesday
(EFT = Emotional Freedom Techniques)

Welcome to Day 7 of your Micro-EFT journey, a full week of tapping, breathing, and returning to clarity. Today, we’re not changing the steps, just refining your rhythm with a fresh affirmation to rise above that midweek fog and restore your spark.

❤️ Heart-center pause (30 sec): Place one hand over your heart. Inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6. Set your intention: “I rise above fatigue with joyful focus.” Let the words gently settle.

🤲 Karate-chop prep (30 sec): Tap the outer edge of your opposite palm 5 times, quietly repeating your affirmation. Feel it begin to energize your system.

 Tapping sequence (2 min): Tap each point 5-7 times, voicing these momentum words as you go:

 🔄 Eyebrow (EB): “Rise”

 🌟 Side of Eye (SE): “Energize”

 💧 Under Eye (UE): “Clarity”

 💨 Under Nose (UN): “Revive”

♻️ Chin (CH): “Awaken”

 🔋 Collarbone (CB): “Balance”

⚡ Crown (CR): “Thrive”

🌀 Reset breath (30 sec): Cup your hands over your belly. Inhale for 4, exhale for 6, and feel a wave of energy flow in.

😊🔒🌈 Smile & seal (15 sec): Offer yourself a bright, confident smile and whisper once more: “I rise above fatigue with joyful focus.”

5 Midweek Momentum Sparks

When the midweek slump creeps in, especially around that classic 3 PM dip, reach for one of these quick Momentum Sparks to refresh your body and mind. Each one takes less than a minute and brings you right back into flow.

🪑Chair-back stretch (45 sec): Sit tall, grip the back of your chair, gently lift your chest, and breathe deeply. Feel your posture open and energy rise.

🎶Desk-tap energizer (30 sec): Lightly tap your fingertips on your desk in a rolling rhythm. Let the sound and motion reawaken your focus.

🍋Sparkle Splash (1 min): Fill a glass with cold water, ice, and a dash of lemon or lime. Sip slowly and feel the crisp zing revive your senses.

🌈Color pop doodle (1 min): Grab a bold marker and draw a vibrant swirl or shape on a sticky note - post it where your eyes land mid-afternoon.

🗣️Affirmation whisper (30 sec): Close your eyes and softly repeat: “I rise above fatigue with joyful focus.” Let the words settle you.
