Today’s practice is a gentle reset for your mind using nothing more than water, your breath, and one heartfelt intention.

What you’ll need?
▪️ A clear glass of room-temperature water
▪️ A slip of paper and pen
▪️ A quiet, comfortable spot

🌀Ground & center (1 min)
Sit comfortably, place the glass before you. Rest a hand on your belly. Inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6; repeat three times to settle in.

📝Worry release transfer (2 min)
Write down one worry or mental clutter. Fold the paper and dip its edge into the water. Watch the ink softly bleed your concern dissolving, leaving space behind.

💧Intention infusion (1 min)
Hold the glass in both hands and silently say:
“I drink in calm clarity.”
Visualize that intention soaking into the water.

🥤Mindful sip (1 min)
Observe how light bends through the water. Take a slow sip, imagining it washing clarity into your entire body.

❤️Anchor & affirm (30 sec)
Place hands on your heart. Whisper:
