And suddenly, your own life feels late.

But comparison has a strange way of making a perfectly good life feel behind.

The pace of someone else's life is not the measure of mine.

A tree doesn't look at another tree and worry about how quickly it is growing.
It simply keeps reaching for the light.

Your life has its own seasons too.

Some are for building.
Some are for healing.
Some are for starting again.
Some are for quietly becoming ready.

Being slower doesn't mean you're going nowhere.

When comparison begins, come back to your own ground.

R: Return to your own life.
O: Observe what is already growing.
O: Own your pace.
T: Trust that progress doesn't have to be visible to everyone.

Then name one thing in your life that is better than it was a year ago.

Don't compare it.
Just notice it.

Mindful Growth

You don't need to catch up with anyone.
You need to keep becoming more at home in your own life.

Someone else's chapter cannot tell you how quickly yours should unfold.
