Prism Path Mapping: Monday

Let’s turn your insight into motion with a gentle map for the day ahead.

What you need: A blank sheet of paper, a pen, and 3-5 quiet minutes.

1️⃣ Center & recall (1 min):
Close your eyes. Inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6. Picture your breath passing through a shimmering prism letting your recent reframe glow in your chest.

2️⃣ Draw your path (2 min):
Sketch a horizontal line on your paper. Mark 3 small milestones you’ll aim for today using your reframed insight like:
▪️ “Draft project outline”
▪️ “Book next call”
▪️ “Review progress”

3️⃣ Label with light (1 min):
Above each milestone, write a word from your reframe - “Clarity,” “Ease,” “Focus.” Let these anchor your mindset.

4️⃣ Affirm & place (1 min):
Say aloud: “I move through today with clarity and calm.”
Pin your path somewhere visible - desk, mirror, or fridge.
