Today we unite your week’s insights into a vibrant, forward-facing map, this gentle ritual takes just 6 minutes.

1. Center & breathe (1 min):
Sit comfortably. Inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6. Visualize each breath passing through your inner prism of clarity.

2. Map recital (2 min):
Hold your Prism Path Map. Say each milestone + reframe aloud e.g., “Draft outline = Focused energy.” Let your words bring the map to life.

3. Milestone celebration (1 min):
Place a dot or sticker by each completed step. Smile and honor each one, you’ve moved with intention.

4. Forward arrow (1 min):
Draw an arrow connecting all milestones and pointing ahead. Label its tip with your next goal or intention.

5. Integration affirmation (30 sec):
Whisper: “I carry clarity, flow, and courage with me each prism of insight guiding my way.”
