When was the last time you played a game...
Not to win.
Not to compete.
But simply to feel happier.
As adults, we often forget something children know naturally.
Joy grows when it's shared.
Pause for a moment.
Sit comfortably.
Take a slow breath in through your nose...
Hold it gently...
And release it softly through your mouth.
Again.
Today isn't about fixing yourself.
It's about discovering how much happiness already exists around you.
Let's play.

Children don't laugh because life is perfect.
Joy has never required perfection.
It only requires presence.

Start with the letter A.
Think of something you're grateful for.
Examples:
A: Afternoon tea
B: Birds singing
C: Comfortable shoes
Continue as far through the alphabet as you can.
You'll be amazed how many blessings you overlook every day.
🌈 Game 2: The Color Hunt
Set a timer for five minutes.
Find:
• Five blue things
• Four green things
• Three yellow things
• Two red things
• One white thing
This simple game gently pulls your attention away from worries and back into the present moment.
💬 Game 3: One Compliment Circle
If you're with family or friends...
Take turns giving one genuine compliment to each person.
It can be about:
• Kindness
• Humor
• Strength
• Creativity
• Patience
Watch how quickly the energy in the room changes.

Take one meaningful photo today of:
• Something beautiful
• Something funny
• Something peaceful
