5 Path Alignment Boosters: Gently Stay on Track
If your Prism Path Map is already up on your wall or resting by your desk, today is about reinforcing it with care and intention. These five gentle Alignment Boosters are designed to weave your reframed insights into the flow of your day, helping you stay grounded and aware, without overwhelm.
✨ Morning milestone marker (1 min): Start your day by softly whispering your first milestone’s reframe “Focused energy” setting the tone before emails or news.
🔔 Checkpoint chime (instant): Set a mid-morning alarm. When it sounds, take one calming breath, revisit your next milestone, and feel your intention come alive.
