Today’s Ritual
The 3-Touch Rule
A simple way to keep your momentum alive without pressure.
Touch 1: Remember
Write or think clearly:
“What am I working toward right now?”
One sentence is enough.
Clarity fuels effort.
Touch 2: Act
Set a timer for 25 minutes and work on one task only:
Finish a small pending item
Begin the first step you’ve been avoiding
Improve something already done
No multitasking.
No distractions.
Just one honest block of work.
Touch 3: Acknowledge
When the timer ends, pause and say:
“I kept my word to myself today.”
This builds self-trust, the real engine of consistency.
