Take a gentle moment this morning to honor how far you’ve come on this weeklong journey back to your playful, curious self.
👶Begin with your Childhood Snapshot, hold that treasured photo close for 30 seconds and really feel your younger self’s pure delight shining through. Let it remind you that your wonder never truly left.
📚Next, close your eyes for Memory Travel. Take a deep, steady breath and drift back into a favorite carefree moment, maybe a sunny backyard, a secret fort, or a cozy storytime under the covers.
💌Pick up your Kind-Word Letter and read it once more: “Dear Me, I see your courage and wonder let us dream brightly today.” Let these words land softly in your heart like a promise renewed.
✏️Now invite a Playful Gesture - sketch a quick doodle, hum your childhood anthem, or do both if it makes you smile.

5 Inner-Child Dream Sparks
Sprinkle a little wonder into your Sunday with these Inner-Child Dream Sparks. Each one takes less than a minute but opens a door to creativity and delight that your younger self will thank you for.
💭Dream bubble (45 sec): Imagine blowing a giant, shimmering bubble that holds one big wish inside. Watch it drift in your mind’s eye, then whisper that dream back into your day.
📝Wishlist whispers (1 min): Grab a sticky note and write down one thing you secretly wished for as a child. Fold it up, tuck it in your pocket, and carry that hope forward all day long.
💬Playground post-it (30 sec): Stick a small Post-It on your bathroom mirror with one playful word like “Swing,” “Explore,” or “Giggle.” Let it surprise you with a smile each time you see it.
