Stick a Post-It, wrap a ribbon, or tape a label that says: “Jar of Joy”. Make it feel personal and cheerful.
✍️ Seed a joy note (1 min):
Write down one thing you’re grateful for this morning or a small win you’ve already had today. Fold it, and drop it into the jar.

Hold your jar gently and whisper:
