🎶 Three Sounds + Hum (30 sec): Listen carefully for 3 sounds, then hum a soft note after each, letting your voice dissolve any stress.
🍵 Two Scents + Smile (30 sec): Take in 2 calming scents like your tea, a candle, or fresh air and smile, warming your face with presence.
🍯 One Taste + Savor (30 sec): Sip something slowly, noticing a single flavor fully.
