As Friday rolls in, so does that familiar Friday Fizz - a cocktail of relief, lingering to-dos, and weekend planning swirling in your mind. Yesterday, you gave yourself a gift with our Micro-EFT Energize & Calm Ritual - a simple way to ease tension and sharpen your focus.
Today, on Day 2, we’re taking that ritual a step deeper. It’s time to refine your tapping practice with a fresh Affirmation and five Resilience Tap Sparks designed to anchor you in calm strength and carry you smoothly into a peaceful, empowered weekend.

Ritual of the Week
Micro-EFT Energize & Calm: Friday
(EFT = Emotional Freedom Techniques)
Take a moment today to pause, reset, and let tension slip through your fingertips with this simple yet powerful Micro-EFT Energize & Calm Ritual.
💓Heart-center pause (30 sec): Place one hand gently over your heart. Breathe in for 4 counts, breathe out for 6, and set your intention: “I flow through stress with ease.” Feel that phrase land softly in your chest.
🥋Karate-chop prep (30 sec): Tap the outer edge of your palm, the classic karate-chop point - 5 times while quietly repeating your intention. Let each tap remind you that ease is only a breath away.
🧘♀️Tapping sequence (2 min): Tap 5-7 times on each point, saying your chosen word - “Ease,” “Calm,” or “Resilience” to anchor your mind:

▪️ 👀 Side of Eye (SE)
▪️ 👇 Under Eye (UE)

😌Reset breath (30 sec): Cup your hands over your belly, inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6, and feel any lingering tension melt away.
🙂🔒Smile & seal (15 sec): Close with a soft smile and whisper once more: “I flow through stress with ease.”

5 Resilience Tap Sparks
