Five minutes P.A.U.S.E. No phone. A different kind of reset.
How to think clearly when you're under pressure? (Link at the end)

Read time: 5 minutes
🌞Hey’all - Good morning!
You finish a task and decide to take a little break.
Before you know it, you've opened Instagram, checked WhatsApp, watched a few reels, and somehow spent 20 minutes looking at things you never intended to see.
You were looking for a break. But did your mind actually get one?
Sometimes, what we need isn't more entertainment or information. We simply need a few minutes without anything demanding our attention.
Spiritual Reminder
You don't have to fill every empty moment.
Waiting for your tea? Let the phone stay in your pocket.
Sitting by a window? Watch the world for a minute.
Between two tasks? Simply breathe.
An empty moment isn't wasted time. It can be a little space for your mind to recover.
Today’s Ritual
🧘 The P.A.U.S.E. Reset
The next time you have five free minutes, try this screen-free reset.
P: Put your phone away.
Place it out of reach. Give yourself five minutes without notifications or scrolling.
A: Allow yourself to stop.
Don't use this time to plan your next task. Let yourself be between things.
U: Unclench your body.
Relax your jaw, lower your shoulders, and loosen your hands.
S: Sense your surroundings.
Notice the light through the window, the sounds around you, or the feeling of fresh air on your skin.
E: Ease back into your day.
Take one slow breath and return to your next activity without rushing.
Today’s Motivation
Take a break that helps you feel refreshed, not just distracted.
Your phone can help you escape a moment. Sometimes, the greater gift is learning to rest inside it.
Affirmation for the Day
“I don't need to fill every moment.
I give my mind permission to pause, breathe, and reset.”
Today's Challenge
Take just one five-minute break today without touching your phone.
No music, no videos, no checking messages. Just you and the present moment.
Notice how you feel when you return.
