🌞Hey’all - Good morning!
Ah, Monday. A fresh start, full of possibility... and maybe a few start-line jitters. That mix of excitement and overwhelm can creep in as you face the blank slate of a new week. But don’t worry, we’ve got just the ritual to meet it.
On Day 5 of our Micro-EFT journey, we’re transforming today’s practice into a Monday Momentum Booster. This updated tapping ritual is here to clear out hesitation, dissolve self-doubt, and spark focused energy right where you need it.
With just a few intentional taps and a strong affirmation, you’ll create space for clarity, confidence, and grounded drive. Let this be your launchpad, not just into the week, but into aligned, empowered action.
Ritual of the Week
Micro-EFT Monday Momentum Booster: Monday
(EFT = Emotional Freedom Techniques)
Mondays don’t have to start with stress. Instead, begin your week with clarity, purpose, and grounded drive using today’s Micro-EFT Monday Momentum Booster, a gentle tapping ritual designed to ignite energy and focus.
❤️ Heart-Center Pause (30 sec): Place one hand over your heart. Inhale deeply for 4 counts, exhale slowly for 6. Set your intention: “I step into my week with strength.” Feel it settle in your chest.
🤲 Karate-Chop Prep (30 sec): Tap the outer edge of your opposite palm 5 times while softly repeating your intention. Each tap is a quiet reset.
✋ Tapping Sequence (2 min): Tap each point 5-7 times, saying your momentum word aloud:
🔄 Eyebrow (EB): “Motivate”
🌟 Side of Eye (SE): “Focus”
💧 Under Eye (UE): “Drive”
💨 Under Nose (UN): “Courage”
♻️ Chin (CH): “Action”
🔋 Collarbone (CB): “Strength”
🧘🏻♀️ Under Arm (UA): “Momentum”
⚡ Crown (CR): “Thrive”
🌀 Reset Breath (30 sec): Cup your hands over your belly. Inhale for 4, exhale for 6, and feel fresh energy surge through you.
😊🔒🌈 Smile & Seal (15 sec): Flash a confident smile and whisper once more: “I step into my week with strength.”
Carry this energized calm into every meeting, task, and opportunity that comes your way today.

5 Spark Taps for Drive

🔄EB “Motivate” (30 sec): Tap the start of your eyebrow 5 times, welcoming a surge of motivation to kick off your day.
🔋UE “Drive” (30 sec): Tap beneath your eye 5 times, fueling your inner engine to push past hesitation.
🧘♀️CB “Strength” (30 sec): Tap just below your collarbone 5 times, grounding bold, steady energy in your chest.
❄️UA “Momentum” (30 sec): Tap under your arm (about 4” below the armpit) 5 times, building steady forward motion.
