Micro-EFT Energize & Calm: Thursday
(EFT = Emotional Freedom Techniques)

Start your week by clearing tension and welcoming calm, focused energy with this quick Micro-EFT Ritual. No special tools needed: just your breath, fingertips, and a little intention.

🧘‍♀️Set your intention (30 sec): Place one hand over your heart and breathe slowly three times. Silently say: “I welcome calm energy.”

🤲Karate-chop prep (30 sec): With your other hand, tap the outer edge of your opposite palm (the classic karate chop point) 5 times, repeating your phrase softly with each tap.

💆‍♂️Tapping sequence (2 min): Tap each point below about 5–7 times, saying a gentle reminder word - “calm,” “focus,” or your own:

▪️ Eyebrow (EB): where your eyebrow begins

▪️ Side of Eye (SE): bone beside your eye

▪️ Under Eye (UE): bone under your eye

▪️ Under Nose (UN): between nose and upper lip

▪️ Chin (CH): mid-chin bloom

▪️ Collarbone (CB): just below collarbone

▪️ Under Arm (UA): about 4″ below armpit

▪️ Crown (CR): top center of head

🤲Deep reset breath (30 sec): Cup your hands over your belly, inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6, feeling the calm settle in.

🙂Smile & move (15 sec): Rest your hands in your lap, smile gently, and whisper: “Calm and clarity flow through me.”
