Here’s a calming 4-step ritual to help you refocus and carry your intention with you throughout the day:

▪️ Set Up: Write down a word or phrase that represents your current focus (like “Clarity” or “Peace”) on a small piece of paper. Place it flat on a surface.

▪️ Magnify: Gently set a clear glass of water on top of the paper. Look at your word through the water. Notice how the lens slightly distorts and enhances it, just like your own mind can shift and sharpen perspective.

▪️ Whisper: Say your chosen word or phrase softly three times. Let each repetition ground you deeper in that feeling.

▪️ Talisman Carry: Fold the paper and tuck it into your journal, bag, or pocket. Let it act as your tiny reminder of focus and intention.

Step outside or look at your window. Find a tiny dewdrop and observe how it bends the light. Let that little curve remind you, tiny shifts can change how we see everything.

2. Mug-edge lens (45 sec):
Peer through the rim of your coffee or tea mug at a word nearby. Notice how the glass subtly distorts the letters. Each sip becomes an invitation to magnify calm and soften your day.
