And still feel strangely alone.
Not because nobody is around.
Because nobody really knows how you're doing.

Sometimes what we miss isn't company.
It's connection.

Sometimes the distance between two people disappears with one honest conversation.

A house can have many rooms and still feel quiet.
A garden can be full of flowers and still need water.

People are a little like that too.
Being surrounded isn't the same as being connected.

Sometimes the heart doesn't need more people.
It needs one genuine moment.

The One Real Conversation

Today, don't try to become more social.

Instead, choose one person.
Send them a message.

Not a meme.
Not a forwarded post.
Not “What's up?”

Say something real.

Try:
“I've been thinking about you. How are you really doing?”

Then listen.

Don't rush to give advice.
Don't turn the conversation back to yourself.

Just be there.
